Automated External Defibrillator Training in Ireland

We provide nationwide specialist Defibrillator training in Ireland.
Automated External Defibrillator is a computerised device, which has the capability to:
- Analyse the heart rhythm of a person in cardiac arrest.
- Recognise a shockable rhythm.
- Advise the operator whether the rhythm should be shocked.
- Save many lives, if used within minutes of an arrest.
Up to recently in Ireland the AED was only used by Healthcare Professionals (Doctors and Ambulance Personnel),
but we now see PUBLIC ACCESS DEFIBRILLATION, where the AED, and lay people trained in it's use, are at locations where
people gather:
- Airports
- Shopping Complexes
- Sports Grounds
- Theatres
- Cinemas
- Hotels
